Libraries, which constitute the memory of society and its transmission to future generations, continue to maintain importance even in the digital age. In fact, the number of libraries complementing their missions with digital resources is increasing day by day.

Today’s libraries move beyond their educational mission, providing a community space for local people and visitors. The Rami Library offers numerous opportunities to İstanbul’s residents and visitors to access culture, art and community spaces. These opportunities are organized by the Rami Library Directorate. Taking into account feedback and suggestions from the Library’s users and respecting the principles of sustainability, the Rami Library Directorate works to transform the library into a living space for people of all ages.
