Library:A Story That Will Never End

Years ago, when the possibility of storing books in digital media was introduced, it was predicted that printed books would disappear with this change. The capacities of devices that could store and read books were described in terms of libraries full of books, and it was suggested that with these devices we could carry entire libraries with us. Today, such devices are very easy to access and are widely used.

However, neither books nor libraries have come to an end. Many people have not given up the distinctive smell of books, nor the pleasure of holding them in their hands and turning the pages one by one. Because they were the first place to store the knowledge that built life.

There will always be book lovers who cling to pages, covers, bindings, copies, keep bookmarks, and engrave the prayer 'Ya kebikeç!' on the books they own, which is thought to protect them from damage.
